By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use UAVcast Pro for personal use. The license is limited to the number of devices specified in your plan.
Your license is valid for the period specified at purchase (1 or 2 years). After expiration, renew to continue receiving updates and support.

All intellectual property rights in UAVcast Pro belong exclusively to UAVmatrix:
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No cancellation or refund rights exist once the license key has been delivered.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact support if you believe you have a valid reason.
Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in termination of your license.
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties regarding:
